My husband and I met Jan West at an open house and took one of her business cards. Later that day we fell in love with a new construction home. As we made arrangements to move forward with the purchase of the home, we knew we wanted someone to represent us. We called Jan and we’re so glad that we did. She was with us every step of the way. From our design meetings, random drop ins to our property, to closing. She was a constant professional and was at times even a design consultant! She is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond what we were expecting. We were over joyed with our experience and can’t thank her enough.

About a year later my father and sister and her family moved to Georgia. They started looking for homes and I immediately called Jan. There was no one else I would trust with my family. Jan had it easy with my husband and I, not so much with my family. They were on a tight budget, but everyday Jan sent us houses to look at. She even looked at some of the houses for us in advance to let us know if they were worth looking at. We put in several offers on different homes but we were out-bid every time. As my family felt defeated Jan stayed optimistic! After a few months my family finally got a house! We couldn’t have done it without Jan’s consistency and patience. Thank you Jan for all you did for us and my family!
