Jana Johnson

Rich Johnson was born in Fort Dodge, Iowa, and moved with his family to settle in Palm Desert, California. After working in the plumbing industry for many years, Rich moved to Dacono, Colorado to work a short time with his brother in the HVAC trade. During this time, Rich met his wife, Jana, in Denver at the plumbing and HVAC supply house. Shortly after, Rich and Jana married in 1996.

Rich went back to working in the plumbing trade, then later owned a sewer inspection company with his wife Jana. Over 40 years of working within the plumbing industry, Rich sold the sewer inspection business after acquiring his real estate license in 2019.

Jana Johnson was born and raised around Houston, Texas. Jana attended some college classes in Brenham, Texas and later graduated from Abundant Life School of Ministry in La Marque, Texas in 1994. By the end of 1994, Jana moved to Thornton, Colorado to work in management with Joshua Family Christian Stores. Over a year later, Jana found herself working at a plumbing and HVAC supply house where her journey began with Rich.

While raising two daughters, Jana pursued her Business Administration degree from the Colorado Women’s College with the University of Denver and graduated in 2013. Jana worked at the sewer inspection company with Rich when Jana decided to work with a residential home inspection company. In tandem, Jana ran both companies’ front offices which gave Jana a new understanding of the residential home inspections. It was in 2018 that Jana joined a real estate team to work as one of their admins. Jana had joined with Rich to acquire her real estate license in 2019.

Rich and Jana have lived in various areas of the Denver metro area since 1996. They possess years of experience working within the residential real estate industry. It was the moment in 2019 when they attained their real estate licenses that both would apply their service skills, knowledge and experience with the home and sewer inspection companies, and vast experience with the plumbing service industry to utilize together to make the selling and buying process for our clients seamless and smooth.
