Rich Johnson was born in Fort Dodge, Iowa and raised in Palm Desert, California before making Colorado his permanent home. With over 40 years in the plumbing industry and years owning a sewer inspection company alongside Jana, Rich brings a level of technical knowledge about residential properties that is simply rare to find in a real estate professional. When Rich walks through a home, he sees things most agents don't and that means fewer surprises for you.

Jana Johnson grew up in the Houston, Texas area and followed her faith and ambitions to Colorado in late 1994. A graduate of Abundant Life School of Ministry and later of the Business Administration program at Colorado Women's College with the University of Denver in 2013, Jana brings the heart of a leader and the mind of a sharp businesswoman to every transaction. Jana ran the front offices of both the sewer inspection and home inspection companies simultaneously. Which is exactly the kind of calm, organized, detail-oriented energy she brings to every closing table.

Their Story
Rich and Jana met at a plumbing and HVAC supply house in Denver. Proof that even the best partnerships start in unexpected places. They married in 1996 and have been building things together ever since. Together, they brought their real estate licenses to life in 2019, applying decades of combined expertise into a calling: helping buyers and sellers navigate one of life's biggest decisions with confidence, clarity, and care.

Family & Home
Rich and Jana are proud parents and grandparents, and they share their home with two dogs, Woodson and Daisy and two Bengal cats, Sasha and Nika. They know better than most that a house isn't truly a home without the ones you love filling it. That belief shapes everything about how they work with their clients.
