Jandy Thompson

Jandy is a graduate of Texas A&M Commerce where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree. She is a member of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association.) She also serves as Secretary/Treasurer for the TAMU-C Alumni Association Board of Directors, as well as Chapter Advisor for Alpha Phi at the University of North Texas.

Prior to joining The John Bowles Company in January 2001, Jandy began her career in Commercial Real Estate at The Holt Companies, Inc. in 1998. During her tenure at The Holt Companies, Inc., she served in all aspects for industrial and commercial property management.

While at The Holt Companies, Inc., Jandy’s portfolio consisted of approximately 3.5 million square feet of industrial properties and 350,000 square feet of office/flex properties. Jandy represented owners such as, TA Associates Realty of Boston, Today Realty Advisors, Invesco and Centex. In 1999, she received the Service/Ethic Ownership Award from The Holt Companies, Inc.

Jandy completed the RPA designation program through BOMA in July 2002.
