Jane Barr

Jane is a Broker Associate with Carolina One Real Estate and is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) which is the highest credential awarded to residential real estate agents, managers, and brokers, held by less than 3% of all REALTORS®. They are distinguished by proven, high-volume sales experience and advanced education in residential marketing and negotiation.

Jane is originally from Florence, SC and has lived in Charleston since 1995.  Outside of work, Jane spends a lot of her time in the beautiful outdoors of Charleston with her husband enjoying kayaking, walks on the beach, fishing, gardening and exploring historic places.  Jane has provided over 22 years of exceptional real estate service, delivering expertise, client satisfaction and proven results.
