Our experience selling our home with Jim and Jane Boeckelmann was outstanding! They were quick to respond to every situation or question that came up and had great follow through. Jane was very involved in getting our home ready for photos and showings and had great ideas and decorating suggestions for making our home show to its full potential. They had suggestions for a moving company and Real Estate Attorney which we used and both turned out to be excellent recommendations! They also negotiated the sale of our home through simultaneous multiple offers with clarity and expertise which was invaluable in enabling us to make the best choice. They were accessible and responsive to the very end of the sale of our home.
