"Super Mom” Realtor is a common phrase Jane Brennan hears from her clients. Brennan serves all types of people, from sellers and first-time homebuyers, to repeat clients buying and selling. She specializes in single-family homes, condos and townhomes in Chicago and the northern/northwestern suburbs of Chicago.

“Real estate was always something I had interest in and something I strongly considered getting into when I was in my mid-20s,” Brennan says, sharing that her dad was an entrepreneur and investor while she was growing up. Though she’s had many jobs, ranging from teaching, to sales, to academic advising, she ultimately decided to get licensed in order to continue a career while still raising her daughters. “I haven’t looked back since!” she declares. “I hope I can teach my girls that you can handle anything, including being your own boss.”

Brennan dedicates a lot of time and effort to each client and transaction, even acting as a liaison with loan officers, attorneys, appraisers and inspectors. “It truly is a team effort, and I’m great at making sure my clients get exactly what they want,” she remarks.

This past year, Brennan was recognized as a top producer and earned the Silver Key Award with D’aprile properties. Her natural ability to problem-solve and think outside the box allows her to rise above her competition. “My brain never stops, so I’m always thinking of ways to create solutions,” she says.

“I’m an agent who truly cares and got into this business for all of the right reasons,” Brennan adds. “I’m passionate about educating, assisting and making sure my clients trust me, as I truly look out for their best interests … I treat each client like they are my family.”

Everyone who knows Brennan knows her kids are her world. Her proudest personal accomplishment of the past year was receiving an email from her daughter’s teacher praising her for being such a kind student and friend. “It’s so rewarding to see my kids grow into strong individuals who are kind,” she says. “Nothing replaces a kind heart.”
