About Jane

I became a licensed real estate professional in 1989 with the goal of starting a new career. I enjoy working with sellers, first time home buyers, investors and new home construction. I have lived in the York area since 1966 and I am heavily involved in the York community. I have served on the Dover Hearing Board for over 25 years, Member of the Shiloh Legion Ladies Auxiliary and Member of the York County Builders Association.

I have partnered with local hospitals, medical practices and physician recruiters to attract physicians into our community. The DRS training and resources have provided me with the DRS designation.

Our team is ranked as one of the top 15 producers within Berkshire Hathaway, with more than 16 million in sales. My business has grown successfully and consistently thanks to the repeat business of happy clients and their referrals to friends, family and neighbors. My experience, patience and guidance is what my clients appreciate when working with me. I strive to make the buying process fun, easy and stress free.

I started the Jane Ginter Group in 2015. Together we have over 51 years of real estate experience. We take a team approach to real estate. We are licensed in PA, MD and DE and completely dedicated to our clients. You deserve the full service and attention that a team can consistently provide you.
I am the recipient of many awards including 7 consecutive years in the Chairman's Gold Circle. In terms of real estate, my education is never complete. I continually invest time, money and thought into continuing education. I am a graduate of the Real Estate Institute earing GRI and CNE designations and most recently the DRS Agent designation. I am currently working on obtaining my Broker's license.

I enjoy a variety of sports not limited to running, boating, fishing, sprint car racing and mostly spending quality time with my family. We have 3 sons and 7 grandchildren that keep us on our toes!
