In 1994, Jane graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a degree in Environmental and Population Biology. In 1996, Jane became a Flight Attendant with Delta Airlines and traveled all over the world. After the tragic 9/11 attacks, Jane became a licensed Real Estate Consultant in 2001. She and her brother Paul began and built a successful real estate practice together.
Throughout her 19 year full-time real estate career, Jane has been recognized in Seattle Magazine's 5 Star Real Estate Broker for Best in Client Satisfaction. She has been an 8-time award winner in the local publication. Ballot recipients were asked to nominate agents whom they knew through personal experience and evaluate them based on customer service, communication, finding the right home, integrity, negotiation, marketing the home, market knowledge, closing preparation and overall satisfaction. Award candidates are identified through evaluations completed by consumers. To receive the Five Star Real Estate Agent award, a Real Estate Broker must satisfy eligibility and evaluation criteria, providing quality services to their clients. The award process is conducted annually in each market. This elite award represents less than 6% of licensed agents in the greater Seattle area.
In early 2009, Jane obtained her CRS designation. Only 4% of Realtors nationwide have obtained this distinction and designation.
In 2008 and 2009, Jane earned the prestigious International Sterling Society award, ranking her 5th out of over 300 Brokers in her office.
In 2013, Jane earned the prestigious Diamond Society award.
In 2014 and 2015, Jane earned the prestigious International Presidents Circle award.
In 2015, Jane ranked 9 out of over 340 Brokers.
In 2017, Jane again earned the prestigious International Presidents Circle award, ranking 3rd in the company among 3 offices, ranking 1st in her office.
Jane is a member of the National Association of Realtors. She resides in the Somerset neighborhood of Bellevue with her husband and 2 daughters.
