I have used Jane several times over the years and she has never failed to impress! I love the way that she knows exactly what will work and what won't. She spent time at our house preparing it for the photographer and viewings. It looked immaculate and we sold quickly, over our asking price. She was constantly one step ahead and very knowledgable of the industry which meant no stress for us as sellers. In summary, I would never use anyone else.

Jane was very knowledgeable about the current housing market and helped me navigate the learning curve of being a first time homebuyer. She showed me a wide range of houses, and once she got a feel for what I was looking for, she helped me find the perfect home for my stage of life. I was referred to Jane through a friend of mine, and even though we had never met before Jane was extremely easy to work with and a tremendous help all around! If I ever had a question she had an answer. 10/10 would refer to future homebuyers.

Jane did an outstanding job conducting the sale of our house. She formulated a plan and executed it. Her local knowledge and years of professional experience allowed her to properly determine a price and timeline for the sale to happen efficiently and quickly. Her knowledge of the entire process allowed us to handle the unforeseeable issues that always arise in the complicated process of selling real estate. She listened to our concerns and requests, made changes as necessary, responded quickly and kept us informed all along the way. Her keen attention to detail allowed us to relax knowing we could trust her choices. We couldn't imagine selling our house without her at the helm.

Jane’s knowledge and experience set me at ease and gave me confidence as a first time home buyer! Before we even looked at a property, she connected me with a lender so that my finances would be in the best position to be able to make an offer once I found a home I was interested in. She then sent me lots of options of communities that would be a good fit for me as a young woman on a limited single income and then worked quickly to get me in to see the homes that I wanted to see. When we saw a home and I ended up not liking It and felt bad for wasting her time, she would assure me that she wanted me to love where I lived and I should not feel bad at all. Once I found a home I really liked and it was time to put in an offer, she made sure that the offer was competitive and we won even though there were multiple other offers over asking price.
Jane was always on time to every showing, she responded quickly to emails/texts, and she was honest with me about what I could afford and what homes would be worth investing in. I am very happy with the home I ended up in and I have already recommended her to several coworkers her chose to use her as well!

My wife and I just moved to Georgia and managed to buy an amazing home inside the perimeter, all thanks to Jane. Her knowledge of the market and process was second to none, and her attitude and responsiveness was excellent. She understands the need to move quickly, but is not pushy or reckless. She wants the best for her clients, and will not advise you to make a bad deal. Jane made a very stressful experience very simple and straightforward, and we are thrilled with the service she provided.

Jane was amazing! She is present, honest, and joyful. Her knowledge of the market, negotiating skills and confidence made the sale of my house seamless! She worked tirelessly to stage my house, and it was all included, no extra charges from outside parties, she arranged for remote signing of the deed, and even worked hard to help me clean out the house to help me move! She took care of every single detail, I didn’t have to do anything!!

I couldn't imagine working with any other agent in Atlanta other than Jane. She knows the real estate business and the city like nobody else and can instinctively direct clients to the house of their dreams. I witnessed her sell my first house in 2008 in just six weeks for what I was asking for while the entire economy was crumbling. That takes real talent and smarts. She sold my second house almost as effortlessly . The entire process was so seamless I still talk about it a year later. Whenever I hear of anyone looking to buy or sell a house in Atlanta area, I immediately recommend Jane. In my opinion, you can't get any better.

I am so grateful to Jane for patiently helping me both sell my home and find a new neighborhood and home for my family. Her passion, drive and focus were quite impressive throughout both processes.
Her suggestions for staging my home for sale most definitely got us the best result possible in a slow market. She has very good taste and incorporates that into making sure the home you are selling has broad appeal to buyers. She also managed my expectations very well, with full knowledge of appraised values in the area.
She has a masterful ability to assess a client's needs and search like crazy! I was so impressed with her genuine desire to make sure I got the best possible deal - it was as if we were spending her own money! At the same time, she maintains high integrity for what is genuinely fair to all involved. Not once did I feel, on either transaction, that she was more concerned with her own pay day than she was with satisfying my objectives.
On top of all this, she is so pleasant, friendly and calm. You spend a lot of time with your real estate agent or during these processes and I actually looked forward to spending time with Jane. You can't go wrong with this pro.
