JANE PATNEAU

Jane Patneau was born and raised in the real estate business in her hometown of Danville, Kentucky. Today, her two brothers run the successful real estate company that her father founded in 1954. In 2002, Jane, her husband, John, and their two sons moved from Dallas, Texas, to Country Club of the South in Alpharetta.

Jane re-entered the residential real estate arena in 2007, primarily listing and selling in gated golf course communities in Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Roswell, and Cumming. Although primarily focused on luxury home sales, Jane enjoys working with everyone from relocation clients to first-time homebuyers to investors. She is also familiar with Metro Atlanta's school systems, including private schools, and specializes in helping families with children who have disabilities.

Jane graduated with a teaching degree from Centre College of Kentucky and has a master's in history. She taught for several years in Texas and went back into real estate after living in Atlanta for several years. In her spare time, she loves walking her three dogs, visiting Lake Lanier on her family's boat, and reading a good book. It makes her proud to be successful in a business her father taught her from childhood. Jane received the Phoenix Award from the Atlanta REALTORS® Association in March 2022 for 10 years as a Top Producer. She ranks in the top 5% of REALTORS® in volume in the Atlanta market. She takes great pride in helping buyers or sellers achieve their real estate goals.
