04/12/2017 - Amandahoov Bought a home in 2012 in North Weare, Weare, NH 03281. Jane is a very responsive and dedicated agent which becomes evident from your first interaction with her. She was very flexible when showing us houses and truly worked around our schedule. Most importantly she is an excellent negotiator! The house we bought was bank owned and she saved us a ton of money by negotiating with the bank to have them pay for bat removal from the attic and also that we keep the full oil tank without paying extra for it. All of these things add up when purchasing a home. I cannot say enough good things about her and would definitely work with her again.

04/21/2017 - ericarlawton Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2017 in Raymond, NH. We bought our 2nd home through Jane after we bought our first house which wasn't a pleasant experience through another realtor we wanted a realtor who was responsive and passionate about our move and man did we luck out! Jane was great you would have thought she was selling her own kids house! She was passionate about the sale, incredibly responsive (within minutes) and honest with us through the whole process. We are so happy with the sale and purchase and I would recommend jane to anyone looking for a realtor who will take the job personally!
