This is lengthy but we want you to “see/hear” our experience in working with Janell vs. sharing some adjectives.

How it all began: We posted our rental property in one of the popular property sites. Soon after our posting went live, Janell contacted us. She introduced herself as a Realtor, shared her experienced and offered to assist in the rental process. As the “experts” that we are - because we just knew we had this, we thanked Janell for reaching out and declined her services. She proceeded by thanking us for taking her call, and closed our conversation by asking if we minded if she reached out to us again in a week to see how things were going. We said, no we don’t mind, feel free to check back with us in a week. – We just knew – or so we thought, that she was not going to reach out. In exactly one (1) week, she called to check how things were going, and again, we declined her services. – This happened approximately 3 times. During these conversations Janell checked on our progress, offered her understanding of the market and challenges of having the right network to get our property rented. She was always professional, and just as important, friendly and welcoming.

After having the property posted for several weeks, we decided that we needed some help! – No surprise here.

We met with Janell on a Sunday afternoon. – She is an extremely pleasant and professional individual! As we were showing her the property she was sharing her ideas on pictures, videos and how to maximize the presentation of each room. After the walk-through, she verbally laid out the steps she was going to take to have the property listed including a timeline. We also discussed the type of tenant we were looking for, specifically credit scores, income, etc.; the move-in walk-through; providing keys; etc. The exchange was not only professional but personable. – We felt like she “had our backs” - and she did!

Within a day, Janell sent us an email with a detailed timeline – wow!!! – We loved that she had everything laid-out for us. Additionally, we received a questionnaire that allowed us the opportunity to further identify what was important to us in this process.

Janell’s execution on the timeline was flawless. Within a few days of that Sunday, she had photographs taken and the property listed. – By the way, we thought we had some nice pictures of our property, but Janell’s pictures really showcased the property. She was in constant communications with us, and we were so appreciative of that. We felt we were a part of the process. – This could have been a challenge because we were in different states but it was not the case working with Janell.

The property was listed and we had a number of hits. Janell reviewed and discussed prospective tenants with us, and within a couple of weeks we had a signed lease. Yay!

Our now tenant was moving to Georgia and experienced some delays with the movers. Janell stayed in contact with us and the tenant; flexing her schedule to accommodate the tenant’s actual move-in walk-through. After completing the walk-through, Janell contacted us and provided us with the final documents.

In a conversation with the tenant about the property, the tenant shared the positive experience Janell provided with the move-in.

Should we need to lease again, or if we decide to sell, Janell, you are the first person we are reaching out to. This experience has been very positive, and we are grateful for and appreciate you for continuing to check-in on our progress when we posted the property ourselves. – You could have simply let it us be after the second attempt, heck even the first attempt but you’re an expert in your field/business and know how it works. Thank you!

Janell is absolutely amazing!! She recently just started offering a FREE webinar with very informative information for future Home Buyers and Credit Repair!! Everything she discussed from the different mortgage loans to how to write letters to dispute information on your credit report and even how to rebuild your credit was very detailed and informative!
