We can’t say enough wonderful things about Janell. She was so patient with us as first time homebuyers and made us feel like her only clients. She responded to all of our calls and texts and emails immediately which was so appreciated during this crazy market as homes would get snatched up as soon as they were listed. She took us to see every home we were interested in no matter the distance and was with us every step of the way through this whole process. I don’t know how we would’ve made it through without her. When unexpected challenges in the home buying process should’ve frustrated us, she encouraged us and guided us through everything and made the entire experience enjoyable and informative. I would highly recommend Janell, whether you’re buying or selling; she knows her stuff and will take care of you like you’re family.

Mrs. McIlwain is phenomenal! The best of the best 💫 I had an immediate need to move and she instantly provided me with the needed resources to get started to either purchase or rent. No matter day or night she was responsive and always checked on me throughout the process. I found my perfect home (rental) in no time. She makes you feel like you're her one and only client (far from the truth) and extremely knowledgeable. If she doesn't know, she'll find out and get back to you immediately.
