My wife and I just completed our first home purchase this morning from out of state. Janelle went above and beyond to make sure we got our dream house. She was always communicating and completely transparent during the process. Most importantly, she advocated for us like we were her family in all negotiations and situations.

Not only is she an expert in the Sioux Falls housing market, but she’s also well-connected to high quality professionals for any other home ownership needs you may have. We couldn’t recommend Janelle more highly!!

Janelle was our realtor for an out of state move that we made and we are so grateful to have found her because she made the process seamless. From the start she was helpful, even from across the country, while we virtually searched for homes. She was easy to keep in touch with and responded quickly/concisely. In preparation for a trip we were making to come search for homes in-person, she made an entire document/itinerary to utilize our short amount of time in the smartest way possible. She was the perfect intermediary and knew just when to listen to our feedback but also offer her own guidance/expertise (which we appreciated!). She was gracious and welcoming with her willingness to support us through our search with our 2 young kids alongside. Janelle essentially opened up her entire schedule for us during our 3 day visit in which time we were in close contact with her - she was incredibly easy to work with and made the process seamless. I am so thankful she was our realtor! After the purchase of our new home, she has continued to stay in close contact with us to ensure that all has gone well. She is still, to this day, easy to contact/communicate with and we will choose her again if we ever need realty services again!

I’m originally from CA, I stumbled on a home listing that had Janelle as the selling agent and inquired with her. She could have easily brushed me off – after all, I was in CA and “wanting/looking to move to Sioux Falls” with nothing set in stone. But she didn’t brush me off, in fact she did the exact opposite. She answered my many calls, sent me many listings, and advised that we should come out for a visit (as we had never even been to SD before). Only because of how Janelle is, did me and my wife get on a plane and come to visit the area – which we flew in on a Thursday evening, she showed us the town on Friday, and 13 for sale homes on Saturday, we then flew back to CA on Sunday AM. On Monday, we had an offer in on a home and on Tuesday, our offer was accepted. This was March 2021 and by April 2021 we were living in our new home. Not only did she go above and beyond for me and my family during a very challenging and chaotic time (personally and with the rest of the world during the Pandemic, which as you can imagine was even worse in CA), but she was also above and beyond accommodating. She even lined me up with contractors for repair/upgrade work prior to us arriving, as well as advised on suggestions for additional businesses to use that were reputable.

I really can’t express enough how wonderful she is, not only as your agent but she’s also truly a genuine person who is always looking out for your best interest. We are so grateful to have met her and look forward to future business with her.

Regarding realtors in Sioux Falls, there are a lot of good options, a few great options, but Janelle Aday is going to be your best option. My wife and I bought our first home in the midst of the post-COVID low interest rate home buying frenzy and Janelle did an amazing job walking us through every little step. We were actually living in North Carolina at the time so did almost everything virtual. We ended up getting our first home sight unseen, so, needless to say, put a LOT of trust in Janelle and she didn't disappoint! We landed in an AMAZING home in our favorite neighborhood and I'm almost certain we wouldn't be here without Janelle!
