After graduating from ASU with a degree in Intercultural Communication I headed off to Tokyo, Japan where I taught English in Japanese Corporations for about 18 months. Seeing a need within the company, I moved into the Foreign Personnel Administration and conducted Cross-Cultural Training and Housing Searches for Western Expats to Japan. For nearly 6 years I served an American Company as a local Destination Services Provider doing everything from finding expat housing, to teaching expats how to count their money, decipher the subway map and enroll their children in international schools. It was so much fun, and I loved the work and the people.
After 7 years of living and working in Tokyo, I returned to my home in Phoenix with my growing family and obtained my Arizona Real Estate License. I joined Century 21 later that year as a Realtor. Within three years I joined the company management team as the Director of Relocation and Corporate Accounts. I earned Worldwide ERC's coveted Certified Relocation Professional Designation as well as my Associate Broker License.
In my role as the Director of Relocation I worked with a team of very experienced and talented Realtors in the servicing of our corporate and international accounts. These engagements included Cartus Relocation, Paragon Relocation, AiRes, Xonex Relocation, Cornerstone Relocation, USAA Real Estate Rewards Network, Chamness Online, Cultural Awareness International, and OnSemi Conductor, to name just a few. I participated in many relocation industry organizations and represented my company at Worldwide ERC, Relocation Director's Council, American Relocation Alliance and was a founding member of the Arizona Relocation Alliance.
After serving for nearly 14 years in this capacity I stepped down in early 2014 and returned to the field as a full-time Realtor. It was a wonderful decision for me personally and professionally. I love meeting new people and feeling like I am really helping people accomplish some pretty fantastic stuff - like selling their home, finding the perfect home and helping their families get where they need to be for their next adventure or stage of life.
I am a member of AZREIA and am honored to assist home sellers in their journey to sell their home in a distressed situation - pre-foreclosure, absentee landlord, probate and investor.
In 2020 during the pandemic, I earned my Montana real estate license.
