Janelle helped sell my parents' home in another city. She took care of everything and made accommodations for my parents to sign the paperwork in our current city. Janelle was awesome to us. We were just browsing newly built homes and trying to figure out what our starter home was worth. She provided us with the info and tools to make a firm decision. She promised she could sell our home for what we thought it was worth. She helped guide us on what items to fix and not fix in the home. We sold our home in 6 days in Feb 2019 during the middle of winter snow and full asking price!

As for my family and I buying a home....well we were able to build a home using Janelle and it was completed within a reasonable time frame. We had a 4 week delay but it rained 90% of the 4 week so that is why it was delayed. This is with the builder so no fault to Janelle.Janelle kept us in the loop while making sure the builder kept on track with the home build. If something was done correctly or not done on time then Janelle was on top of it.

As for picking out the paint colors, fixtures, floor plan and lot....Janelle was great and knows her stuff. She made this process very easy for us when building our home.

I was recommend Janelle with no doubt in my mind!
