Real estate is my passion, plain and simple. I began my journey into the real estate world as a well-respected real estate appraiser of 12 plus years. I appraised residential homes, condominiums, waterfront, vacant land, and occasionally commercial. You name it, and I could find a value for it! I consulted with Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac foreclosures.

. I have been on sail and power boats my whole life, and consider myself waterfront knowledge highly proficient. My husband and I own both commercial and residential investment properties. I also sit on the board a large homeowners association where we own several investment homes; to guide, consult, and protect the property values of over 370 families. I want you to know that as a former appraiser, I have seen and experienced the full swing of the economic real estate cycle.
