About Janet
Upon graduating college, Janet discovered her passion for matchmaking in her employment as a Healthcare Recruiter. She excelled in pairing healthcare professionals with her clients' job openings, demonstrating a knack for creating ideal matches that benefited both parties. Transitioning to IT Recruiting, Janet honed her skills in active listening and client engagement, recognizing the importance of understanding her clients' needs to provide the best service.
Janet took a hiatus from recruiting to focus on her family, during which she dedicated herself to volunteering for her three children's schools in various capacities, including serving as a Board member for the Foundation. She chaired numerous committees for large fundraising events, contributing significantly to the school community.
For the past 19 years, Janet and her family have happily resided in the Wallingford-Swarthmore area, where they found and lovingly restored their dream home, a 100-year-old Georgian Colonial. It was during this period that her interest in Real Estate blossomed. Her deep connection to her home and community inspired her to help others discover the same sense of belonging, effectively continuing her passion for matchmaking in a different arena.
Janet's path led her to join the team at diggs&dwell Realtors, where she had the opportunity to support Brooke, a connection she had already established. Janet eventually made the decision to obtain her Real Estate license and embark on her own journey in the field.
