Janet Daniels

Janet is a licensed REALTOR® and Property Manager, specializing in residential and commercial sales for over 16 years. She is a consistent leader and top producing agent at Southern Shores Real Estate Group and was recognized as Southern Shores Agent of the Year in 2017. Janet was ranked top three in the company for sales for the past five years!

Janet was raised in the Lowcountry after her father retired from the US Navy. After graduating from the College of Charleston, she worked in Advertising Sales for the Post and Courier in Charleston, quickly achieving top sales awards and surpassing quotas during her 3 years of employment. When Janet and her husband, Paul, decided to have their children, Nicholas, and Nicole, they made an important decision for Janet to be a stay-at-home Mom until their children began school.

Always interested in the Education field, Janet became an elementary teacher for Pre-K and Kindergarten for 16 years. In 2005, she decided to follow another dream and work in the Real Estate industry during her summers off from teaching. Once her children began college at the University of South Carolina, Janet focused on a full-time real estate career. She knew the transition would be successful since she prides herself in doing her best to help others achieve their goals. She is thankful that her past careers have given her the edge, compassion, knowledge, and expertise to listen and understand what each client needs, advertise their homes to sell, negotiate to get the best price, and to collaborate with other agents to make it a win-win situation for everyone involved.
