Using 20 years experience in default servicing, Janet opened Covenant Realty in 2000 with an emphasis on selling REO properties. Janet is dedicated to serving banks, mortgage companies and asset management companies in the managing, marketing and liquidation of REO properties. The past experience in default servicing allows the Covenant team to deliver the best service and expertise to valued clients. Services include: BPOs, occupancy checks, loss mitigation, cash for keys, evictions, securing, rekeys, debris removal, repair estimates, utility coordination, winterization, and other property preservation. The guidance provided from initial contact to closing allows clients to achieve sales goals. The goal is to form a partnership with clients in order to minimize losses.
