We are so thankful for Janet, she truly knows what she is doing, and looks out for the best interest of her clients. We expressed to her how important it was to bring good neighbors to the neighborhood because of the relationships we’ve built, and we needed to sell ASAP so we could purchase another home out of state, which she understood completely and never forgot. This showed us that she cared and understood. On top of that, she was confident with the starting price of our house, took a reasonable amount of offers, and went through each offer to make sure that our sale would not fall out of escrow. If you want someone who communicates above and beyond, someone with integrity, who is punctual, and who is thorough every step of the way, Janet is the realtor for you!! We were blessed to have her! My husband and I sold our home and purchased a new one using Janet. She was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process as it had been 13 years since we had bought our first home. Janet Hawkins is very pleasant and competent, and has a large professional network to call on to list, sell, and close in a timely manner. She is detail and deadline oriented, and stays involved so that nothing slips through the cracks.
Janet listed and sold a house for me in 2019, and it was the most painless real estate process I've ever had. She kept me informed almost daily and I will use her services again.
