Janet began her Real Estate career in San Diego in January 1980 when interest rates were 17% and hard money was 22% and she is still in the business! She began her real estate training with a small financial consulting firm in San Diego. She handled the sale of the 1-4 units in the 1031 exchanges that the firm represented. It was the time of 'Creative' financing and she had to learn a lot in order to survive in the business. In 1990 her husband and Janet decided to move to the Sacramento area and raise their 2 daughters in the slow-paced community of Granite Bay. Her husband resumed his building, and she started selling his speculation homes. She also met and represented other developers and custom home builders in the sale of their homes, acreage, lots and subdivisions. She has experience in the sale and purchase of multi-family units, development acreage, lot splits in Placer County and commercial land sales. She has access to the resources needed to make your home sale or purchase less stressful and more economical. She tries to limit her business to the South Placer County area where she lives, so she can be easily accessible to her listings.
