Janet was a great choice in a real-estate agent! She came with a wealth of experience and was familiar with the areas in the south sound that we were looking to purchase. Janet did a great job at marketing our townhouse and after following her homework instructions to prep the house for sale, we had an offer within 24hrs that was 25K over asking!
