If you are looking for a great agent to help with the purchase or sale of your home, you found her! Janet helped us sell our Mar Vista home in March 2021. We had fairly tight timelines, and she was able to advise on staging the house and getting it done and ready to market in short order. We showed over a long weekend, got multiple offers and had a signed agreement plus a back up offer in less than 2 weeks - for above asking! Janet is thoughtful, detail-oriented, knowledgeable and just the right amount of enthusiastic to keep the process moving, negotiations on track and communication flowing. She is also extremely kind and a pleasure to work with, dropping off small gifts and coffee during stressful or celebratory times - like closing! We highly recommend her.

We were thrilled by the service and commitment from Janet Heinzle to navigate probably the hardest time to sell our Mar Vista house and purchase our new home i.e. during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
