2016 - Janet listened carefully to what we were looking for, preferred areas and came prepared to share. She did her homework up front and made a stressful situation of relocating to Chandler from the midwest work. I was given 2 weeks to relocate and after discussing how that doesn’t happen that fast in AZ, I said we have no choice, she aligned lenders and closers and made it happen. She epitomizes a “Can Do” attitude.

2017 - after determining we were not ready for condo life with stairs for aging dogs, we decided to list our condo for sale and reached out to Janet again. Within 5 days of listing we received an offer. Very satisfied with results.

2017 - after selling our condo so quickly, we accelerated our plans to find a home. Again Janet came with multiple listings for us to view, took time during our unconventional work hours and we were able to find a home to make an offer with quickly. Very satisfied!
