If you’re looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly committed to her clients, I highly recommend Janet McQuagge.

From the very beginning, Janet was remarkably quick to respond to our many questions and concerns. No matter how busy she was, we always felt like we were her top priority. She consistently provided thoughtful, balanced advice and took the time to research any issue that required additional information rather than giving a rushed answer.

What impressed Sharon and me the most was her client-first approach. She gave us what felt like her undivided attention throughout both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one. Janet helped us prepare our home for sale, was present at showings when appropriate, and was a skilled advocate during negotiations.

Her expertise and dedication paid off. She helped us sell our home for above market value while also negotiating a very favorable purchase price on our new home. Janet has been an amazing realtor, so much so that this is the third transaction I have used her services for. She goes above and beyond and gets real results. When we couldn’t be there for an inspection or a company coming to perform work, Janet was there. She came up with creative ideas to market our house but was also willing to listen to ideas and suggestions…a very collaborative process.
