Janet Reichmann

Jan Reichmann was born in North Dakota where it helps if a child is creative and a bit of an entrepreneur. At an early age, she produced minimalist musicals in her friend's garage, selling tickets and fudge at the door. She was born to sell.

Jan received her degree at the prestigious University of Missouri School of Journalism. Her writing skills are apparent when promoting her listings and in the many phases of negotiations representing buyers and sellers.

A resident of Westwood for decades, her children attended local schools, husband Joe is a graduate of UCLA as is son, Peter. Jan created, incorporated, and branded Comstock Hills Homeowners Association in 2007 and has remained its president since founding it.

Preparing a listing for launch is important to Jan. She enjoys giving of her time to advise on both the garden and interior space. Her goal is to see a happy buyer and a satisfied seller.

Jan has sold hundreds of homes, from Hancock Park to Brentwood Park, specializing in the Westwood and Little Holmby areas.
