Firstly I am a big fan of Zillow to help me do my own reseach. In this case I also used Zillow to pick my agent. Janet is knowledgeable, very responsive and thorough. She represented us as buyers and we bought a great Single Family House in Laguna Niguel with her help. This was a Short Sale which met all my criteria, part of which was to buy under market price. Getting the house below market is key and something Zilow cant help you with, just validate. Janet was the reason we were able to buy the house at this price, she had gained our trust, she got us to see the house as soon as it was on the market. Per her direction we submitted our pre approved offer immediately which gave us first refusal. The bank countered our initial offer with a high number but then accepted our counter to that.
