Janice Grady is a great realtor! She goes above and beyond when working with you. I am an older first time buyer and Janice walked me through the process one step at a time. She explained everything and was so friendly and supportive. She even came out to the property after the closing when I had trouble with the locks on the front door! I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home but especially a first time buyer. She is a gem!

Janice was really receptive to what we were looking for in a home and took us seriously. She didn’t waste our time or try to sell us on homes. All of the homes we viewed thanks to her were really good fits for us and may have only had one thing that was a deal breaker for us or we were simply outbid. However, If you are someone who wants to buy a home but doesn’t have a ton of free time to go view dozens of homes I can tell you from my experience Janice would be a great fit for you. Nice woman very relatable and I would highly recommend her.
