As a REALTOR® specializing in residential sales throughout Contra Costa and Alameda Counties, Janice Kutner has helped her clients purchase and sell everything from mobile homes and condominiums to luxury homes. Janice began her career at Blackhawk Real Estate Company, a high-end boutique real estate firm in Danville, California, eventually becoming an owner.
After a number of years there, she joined Empire Realty Associates, selling homes along the 680 corridors, from Pleasanton to Walnut Creek. In April of 2013 Janice joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties, after she and her husband George moved to Trilogy at the Vineyards in Brentwood, California.
Janice is focused on creating positive interdependent relationships. She has always worked in a team environment and likes to believe that she and her clients are a team with a common goal. Janice works hard to create that environment through setting expectations and lots of communication.
