Janice showed me a couple of condos recently. Even though I did not end up making an offer on either of them, I would recommend Janice to any potential buyer or seller in the greater Reno area. Janice and her team were professional, always prompt, available for questions no matter the time of day and well connected with other realtors when the time came to list the house. Our number one concern was communication and her and the team nailed it.

She was always just a few minutes away via text or a call when we needed anything, big or small. Her team managed the process of scheduling walkthroughs simply and efficiently. She is extremely experienced and as such there were no surprises along the way.

I was in a strict time crunch when I reached out to her, literally having less than a week's notice that I let her know I was relocating from California. I am not sure where to begin. How many ways can you say Professional, Intelligent, Tons of Character and Integrity, extremely knowledgable with all issues pertaining to real estate in the Reno area and a genuinely great person. Two years ago I began researching a move from the bay area to Reno. I saw Janice's video on her website. It was so well done and personable I immediately phoned her.

I am so thankful for that phone call. I have travelled to Reno several times and each time Janice met with me, took me to various neighborhoods and listened to what was important to me. Because she has spent her life in Reno she gave me tremendous input. Ultimately, I found the right place to buy. She never missed returning a phone call or meeting with me.

She accompanied me to two walk throughs of my new house to make sure everything was in order. She went with me when I met with the Title Company to clarify any issues. I cannot emphasize enough how much easier this process went because of Janice always being there for me. Tremendous realtor and more importantly, a tremendous person. She also goes above and beyond what is required to make sure her clients are satisfied.
