Janice was amazing!! My husband and I had 1 weekend to find a house. We looked at close to 30 houses, all of which met our wish list. We found the perfect house and a great price was met! Highly recommend her!

Deciding to move is hard enough on a family, especially with little kids involved. Going with Janice to sell our home was a blessing from start to finish. She not only knows Tampa like the back of her hand, but is personable and someone you can trust during the process. Our family had a joke of, “once you go Janice, you never go back” because she gets the job done!
