Janie Howard

Janie has been a licensed Colorado broker in the Pikes Peak region since 2006. She has secured a place in the top 3% of real estate agents in the country. She is fun-loving and easy-going and dead serious about her responsibilities to her clients. She's an excellent communicator, strategic negotiator and a positive outcome for her clients is highly important to her.

She is the founder and owner of Woodleaf Realty which began in 2015. Janie is a NAR Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).

Janie’s real estate experience began in 1992 as she worked alongside her husband in the custom home building business. She is the founder and owner of Woodleaf Realty which began in 2015. Janie loves the Colorado outdoors, is mother to two happily married children, and a Grammie who is crazy in love with her grands.

She lives in the Country Club Golf Course area near Palmer Park with her husband and her labradoodle, Beamer.
