Exceptional Experience!

I have very busy schedule that provides me very little time to research things on my own. As a result, I need to place a lot of trust in the professionals I work with. I can't express how fortunate I was to have been referred to Janie. She worked around my schedule and coordinated everything. I felt that she was an honest broker who cares about her clients' wellbeing. During the search for properties, she was very patient and made sure that the home was right for me. Also, throughout the entire process she displayed a high level of knowledge, punctuality, coordination with other parties involved, and was always timely with her responses.

I highly recommend Janie as a honest quality broker.

Best in town
While moving was stressful, Janie made the selling process as seamless and easy as possible. Janie has a wealth of knowledge in the real estate industry. She understands the big picture as well as the small details. We loved working with Janie as she was a great partner in helping meet our needs. She brings a level of expertise and experience that is hard to beat. And, she does everything with a smile. No task is too difficult for Janie. We have left town and are terribly bummed that we won't get to work with her again. We would use Janie time and time again if we had the opportunity.

My wife and I used Janie as our realtor to buy our home and then when we had to unexpectedly sell our home a year later. She was highly recommended to us when my wife took a new job in Denver and we were very pleased with the service she provided, our move to Parker was extremely smooth and easy.
A year later, we unexpectedly had to sell our home and we immediately called Janie. When I was getting the house ready to sell, I would tell Janey that I couldn’t get a contractor for several different jobs that I needed because the contractors here were either too busy or they were only doing big jobs, but Janie always had a contractor available for me in a timely manner who did a great job at a reasonable price. Janie’s stager did a great job, the house looked great in pictures and on video. Most importantly, Janie studied our area and priced our home correctly, we sold our home in 5 days and made we a nice profit after owning it only a year. Janie has continued working with us, making sure inspection items were taken care and that the closing went went smoothly.
Janie is great to work with, on either the buyer or seller side. She is professional, friendly, honest, a problem solver, and when you want her opinion, she isn’t afraid to give it. I have found too many realtors not willing to do that.
We found Janie Stoddard to be the gold standard of realtors and I compare my dealings with other realtors to Janie, and others come up short. If you are buying and or selling your home in the Denver metropolitan area, she will do a great job for you. If you are one of the new people moving to the area, Janie will help you find the perfect home and make the move so easy for you. She did for us!
