It was a great pleasure meeting and working with Janil as our Real Estate Agent. She listened and got to know what we like and our home style. It took only two months to find the home we loved. She did an exceptional job in negotiating on our behalf. Even after closing, we have questions and requested document about the house we didn't think of. She was on it and delivered. Janil is the consummate professional with a personal touch. She was a perfect liaison between all the parties involved, keeping everyone abreast of the various deadlines. She was absolutely supportive and had our back at every turn. She literally left no stone unturned. We would recommend Janil without any reservation.

After that deal fell through a year ago, we thought that we would never find another house, but Janil never gave up. She remained engaged and encouraging right up until last weekend when we closed on an even better place. She guided us through the entire process, giving us her professional judgment each step of the way. She did such an amazing job that the sellers said that they wished that she was their agent. I am sitting this afternoon in our beautiful new home and have been reflecting on how everything worked out to bring us here. Specifically, I have been thinking about all the things that our agent, Janil Stephens, did to get us here. If you are looking for a home, I would love to share part of the experience that were so important to us.
It was a pleasure to work with someone who listened to what we wanted in a house and not what they 'thought' we should have.
Janil took the time to really get to know my wife and I. This paid a number of dividends.
We bought our home Thirteen months ago. Several times my wife and I have remarked how this house is perfect for our family and the entertaining that we do. That is no accident. Janil guided us to the perfect home.

My mother is an amazing real estate agent. I've seen how she works with her clients, and how she makes sure that her clients are accomodated throughout the whole process. In addition to being a real estate agent, she has created a class called, "Stop Renting You're Homeownership Worthy", to make sure that people are well informed about the real estate process so that they aren't going into the process blindsided. Sometimes she wakes up at 2am, which is an absurd time to be up, to make sure that she has everything done for her clients before they even wake up. She goes above and beyond with everything that she does. She's possibly one of the best real estate agents you could work with. When I buy my first house, you know who i'm buying it with.

Our first introduction to Janil as a Realtor, was the presentation of her multi-faceted and meticulous plan for selling our home. We were extremely impressed with her thorough approach.

After our relocation to the west coast, Janil managed every detail of the sale of our home, keeping us abreast of any and all changes. In our absence, she represented our interests firmly and aggressively, with honesty and integrity.

In the process of preparing our home for sale, she gave excellent recommendations for contractors and checked in to ensure that the work was done properly and on schedule.

She had her finger on the pulse of a fluctuating housing market. Janil exercised due diligence in making price adjustments and we were well pleased with the outcome of the sale.

Janil helped me purchased my first home. When I first thought about buying a home, I was extremely nervous and had a lot of uncertainties on whether I can do it or not. I spoke with several people about buying a house, and it wasn't until I spoke with Janil that I found comfort in pursuing my dream.
