We were moving to Alaska from Oklahoma during the crazy house market of spring/summer 2022. I had found a realtor through fb, who didn't listen/understand our budget and "musts" for a new house. A future co worker at my husband's job gave us Janine 's name. She was amazing day 1. She did numerous video walk throughs for us, she vetted properties that were "coming soon" to the market. We trusted her and she found us the perfect home. Since we bought without seeing it for ourselves we were nervous about seeing it for the first time months later, but no surprises the house was exactly as she described. She even helped set up for us to get loaner furniture from the base, and went to let them into the house. Can not recommend her enough. She understands the surrounding areas, the ever changing market, and is great with communication.

Janine is a one of a kind realtor. We were moving from Oklahoma to Alaska and our first realtor just wasn’t living up to our expectations. So a friend of mine gave me Janine’s number. After our first phone call I knew she was the one. She was straight forward and very honest about certain houses and locations. After months of putting in offers and failed house inspections we finally found our home. Since we weren’t in Alaska yet, Janine did everything for us. She gave us advice on what to ask for and always had our back when the buyer or other realtors were pushing back. I know some people might say she’s just doing her job, but we all know there are realtors out there who don’t care about their clients and want a paycheck. She even went above and beyond as a realtor and let us have our baby shower gifts mailed to her house while we were waiting on closing. Also, as an added bonus to her character she was in The Godfather part 2. She will always make an offer that can’t be refused.
