I am so glad and grateful we selected Janine Douglas to be our agent for our recent home sale and purchase process. Janine was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and reliable, and she went far above and beyond for us time and again. At the beginning of the process, Janine and her assistant Maggie (who is also incredible to work with) helped us identify a temporary rental property so we had a place to move to after we sold our home and while we looked for a new one to purchase. The sale of our home was quick, efficient, and exceeded our expectations. Once we had an accepted offer on a new home, Janine managed many of the details and logistics for us, taking care of much of the legwork and appointments and positively impacting what could have otherwise been an overwhelming and stressful time. As we approached closing, Janine's many years of experience were instrumental in making sure everything was in order with our contract and nothing was amiss. Janine was always there for us no matter what we needed and we could not be happier with the outcome!

Janine Douglas is absolutely the best person to contact when you need a realtor in Eugene, Oregon and surrounding areas. She has handled 4 property sales/acquisitions for me dating as far back as 2006 and as recently as 2020. Janine helped me sell my house by giving great advice on what should be done before we listed. This helped us maximize our above offer selling price.

Then, she was super responsive with helping us find listings to view. And, we got the house of our dreams! Janine would always make sure we got in to see a home whenever we wanted. She never made us feel bad for wanting to look at more homes.

Janine made countless phone calls on our behalf. She was a tremendous asset in the buying process. We are so glad to have had her working on our side. She went above and beyond on many occasions.

Janine is absolutely wonderful. She is very responsive, knowledgeable and eager to get you what you want. She doesn’t waste any time scheduling appointments to view properties you’re interested in. I feel confident I’m in good hands because she is experienced, observant and thorough in her work. I would highly recommend her; in fact I already have referred two of my friend and she took great care of them! Janine has been an absolute pleasure to work with! As first-time homebuyers in one of the craziest housing markets in recent memory, the process was incredibly daunting. Janine was amazing. She has worked in the Eugene area for decades and has extensive knowledge about different neighborhoods. She replied quickly (often immediately) to our emails/phone calls/texts. It’s Janine Douglas who makes this place. She is incredibly hard-working, available at practically any time of the day and even night, weekends included, yet she is personal, like an old friend. She is also extraordinarily skilled, knows all the tricks of the trade and can help with the myriad procedures that us, mere mortals, would agonize over. Yet she knows boundaries and will explain, but not put answers in your mouth. We have done three real estate deals with her, and our family life would simply not have been the same had she not represented us. Love her!

We can't say enough great things about Janine. This was our first time buying a house and Janine's expertise, personable presence, and generosity with her time made it a wonderful process. She has an extensive knowledge of the area and knew where to look based on what we wanted and what we could afford.
