We are super lucky and extremely happy to have Janka as our realtor. We knew exactly what we wanted and Janka worked tirelessly to help us find the one. With the crazy housing market, Janka helped us looked at countless of houses, and gave us all the assistance we needed without pressuring us to settle. In fact, she supported our decisions 100% of the time and did everything she could to make sure we were well-informed. She went above and beyond finding the answers to our inquiries. She did a lot of research. We looked at an ICF home and she researched about it and reached out to experts to get more information for us. She is the most dedicated and hard working realtor we have ever worked with. We are super lucky and highly recommend her!!!

Janka was able to handle all activities related to my Real Estate purchase at the highest level of professionalism. Her knowledge of the Bank-owned REO process and the multitude of requirements behind it in order for it to succeed really showcased her ability to get things accomplished in the most efficient way possible. I’ve never been involved in working through this for of real estate transaction and Janka seamlessly guided and expedited the needful as my agent. And being very busy during the week, she prepared and lined things up to save me time and really maximized it to progress things forward. Well, to say the least Janka knew all the moving parts and most importantly the proactiveness to take the action with the Sales agent working with the bank to make the deal go through as time sensitive phases and requirements had to be satisfied. I am so very pleased with Janka’s work ethic on top of her expert knowledge of the real estate industry. And we will definitely be calling upon her professional services in the future !!
