Janna Heard

I’m Janna & it is virtually nice to meet you! I am the Team Leader of Southern Life Realty Team, Powered by Fathom Realty, in Acworth, GA. I am a 4th Gen Metro Atlanta native & a local Cobb graduate who later received an Edu Degree from West Georgia. I have taught in local schools & have developed & directed enrichment centers. I may have started out by coaching & organizing businesses then later turned to homes, which became my version of “Love it or List it”, but in 2018 I became the Top Producer! I now lead not only my team; but others across my brokerage & nationally in goal setting & accountability coaching.

I have a real estate family! My husband is a licensed agent & inspector. My sister is a Mortgage Loan Officer. Another of my sister's is an Insurance Producer. My step-dad is a licensed contractor. My Mom operates a property management company. My in-laws operate a local landscaping & lawn servicing company. It may seem like mostly a family affair, but this group knows how lucky they are to have lifelong friends that are in Real Estate & Mortgages with them! I will tell you very quickly how blessed I am and that I would not be able to do what I do without my best friend & assistant, buyer’s agents, my family, my broker, & the amazing agents of Fathom Realty.
