A native of Southern California, Jannicke exhibits an expert knowledge of the Greater Los Angeles area’s diverse and rapidly changing housing market. She graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 2013, majoring in Global Studies, before obtaining her Marketing and Communications Certificate from the UCI Division of Continuing Education. While taking a year off to travel the world and clarify her passion, she maintained close contact with her mother, a real estate agent who encouraged Jannicke to apply her unique skills to a similar career.
Jannicke wasted no time obtaining her real estate license when she returned home. Since then, she’s been a full-time agent, devoting her life to helping people realize their real estate dreams. Having come from a long line of women who served their communities, it seems to come naturally to Jannicke. She believes her grandmother, who worked as a door-to-door saleswoman, would be proud of her for providing concrete solutions to clients.
Though she’s always been moved by architecture and interior design, Jannicke cites the connections she forges with people from all walks of life as her favorite aspect of working in real estate. It makes it easy for her to consistently give 110% for each transaction. She feels personally invested in her clients’ stories and cherishes the opportunity to play a role in their real estate dreams.
When not going to bat for her clients, Jannicke’s preferred sports are tennis and soccer. She even played varsity tennis in her freshman year. An avid traveler, she’s toured the world with her closest friends, visiting Taiwan, Costa Rica, Greece, and many more destinations. Her alarm is set for 5:15 every morning so she has plenty of time to hit the gym daily. She also enjoys sampling new cuisines and restaurants. A family woman, Jannicke loves doting on her four nieces and nephews. She also enjoys a good challenge, especially when it teaches her a new skill such as juggling, mastering the French language, and, hopefully in the not-too-distant future, learning how to execute a flawless backflip.
