About Jared

Jared pursued education, training, and a career in criminal justice in 1995. Around 2009 Jared made a career change to sales. In 2018 he completed training to become a Realtor in Washington state and focused on representing clients in their real estate transactions

Two years later Brody Broker asked Jared to join his Team - Jared hasn’t looked back since. Since joining the team, he has successfully completed more than fifteen real estate transactions per year. He accredits this success to the extensive training in everything real estate that Brody provides.

In 2022 Jared and his wife Sarah became “empty-nesters” and moved to Arizona. He wanted to bring the level of service and real estate training that the Brody Broker Team provides to Arizona with them when they moved. Jared has completed dozens of transactions in Washington state where he is also licensed.

Jared enjoys completing feasibility studies, researching homes and making plans with buyers to complete their build or renovation on their new homes. He has expertise in land development, home renovations, and being a great advocate for buyers and sellers as they navigate their real estate transaction.

Jared is excited to be in Arizona and is proud to be a part of a team that successfully completes hundreds of real estate transactions yearly.

Jared was the most knowledgeable real estate agent I have ever dealt with. He researched comparable prices in the area, he pointed out possible “red flag” areas of properties we inspected & he made recommendations of things i should follow up on once I decided on a property. Jared is a rare find in the real estate market & I would recommend him to anyone!

Jared pulled out all the stops as our realtor. Ours was a complicated transaction, particularly as we lived overseas. He was able to make many trips to the property we were buying and coordinate various contractors to the site for us while we were far away. Well beyond overcoming the standard difficulties in negotiating a real estate transaction, whenever things got complicated or difficult Jared was the one who was able to coordinate assistance from relevant experts and ensure that things happened. We couldn't have done this ourselves as we were far away. Even after we completed the purchase he continues to look after our interests and be a supportive neighbour. I still feel that I can call on Jared for help with our place in Port Angeles even if it doesn't involve a real-estate transaction. I would highly recommend Jared to anyone needing a realtor.
