Jared is a very personable, relaxed agent who was incredibly responsive to our needs and concerns. He knows the area well and was quick to find listings that suited our desires (even when they changed mid-stream). We went into the search looking for one type of property and made changes to our desires after several days. Jared never seemed fazed by this and, in fact, helped us understand the market and area. Jared never pressured us to jump into a deal or into a property beyond our means. His assessment of the pros and cons of various projects was very accurate but he respectfully waited for us to ask and didn't try to sway our opinions. All in all, Jared was the best agent we have ever worked with and we would use him again in a heartbeat. Dan and Kristine
