About Jared

Jared was born and raised in Thibodaux. After graduating from ED White in 1992, he went on to Nicholls State where he played baseball for the Colonels and received a Bachelor's degree in Education.

His interest in real estate began when he purchased his first investment property in 1998. His captivation with the market and property management continued to grow over the next several years; so much that he decided to pursue a career in real estate. Once he received his license, he joined the Century 21 team where he specializes in residential and commercial sales in Lafourche, Terrebonne, and Assumption parishes. In 2006, he earned his broker's license and is now an Associate Broker with Latter & Blum.

Since becoming a Realtor/Associate Broker, he has been driven to achieve excellence. Because of his commitment to service, he was awarded the Top 30 award in the entire company of over 1400 agents in the Latter & Blum family of companies. He strives to provide only the best representation for his clients, whether they are buying their first home or moving on to their DREAM home.
