I had the pleasure of working with Jarman to sell my home in El Sobrante. She took out all the stops - it was a very unique, beautiful place nestled by a creek. She had aerial views of the place, stocked it with beautiful furniture, and really allowed the property to shine. We had multiple offers and were able to sell within a short timeframe. She is very responsive, knowledgable, and seems to really know how to deal with all the various personalities in real estate. What an amazing person to have representing me and my home. Will definitely work with her again!!

Jarman is an amazing realtor. She was recommended to us by our lender. As first time home buyers, she guided us through the process and answered all our questions patiently. Best part about her is the intent to make sure we are comfortable. Before closing, she got us the brochures, warranty, and service reports from the listing agent for the appliances left behind by the seller. She followed up with us even after the purchase was done to make sure we weren't having any issues with the property. She also referred us to great contractors and movers.
Would definitely go back to her for all my real estate needs!
