Jarret Jarvis

Jarret is a dynamic, energetic and goal-oriented licensed real estate agent who exudes hard work and determination. Before joining Compass Realty, Jarret worked alongside fortune 500 companies on the national level for a leading building materials manufacturer. Part of his previous role as a channel marketing specialist was to work with remodelers, builders, and architects. Thus, his passion for working in residential real estate was born.

Jarret graduated in Marketing at Illinois State University and is certified in communication, presenting, and sales training. His experience from previous roles and his academic background have given him a platform to flourish in his current industry. He is tenacious and determined to complete any task at hand and has established himself as an excellent team player and highly motivated individual. He prides himself on having a strong work ethic, ensuring that anyone he works with will find their dream home or will receive the best return of investment for their sold property.

"Helping one person might not change the whole world, but it could change the world for one person" is Jarret's mantra and is why he goes above and beyond for every client he works with. He's inspired by his grandfather, Roger "Bud" Flanik, who was a Major in the Air Force and was awarded five Air Medals for his bravery during the Vietnam War. He is reminded on a daily basis of his courage and strength during his time as a war veteran, that if you put your mind towards something, anything can be achieved.

Jarret is born and bred in Chicago and currently resides in Old Town with his wife Elise. When he isn't working, you can find him jet setting around the world. He has been to 11 countries in Asia and Europe and recently spent almost 2 weeks touring castles and beautiful beaches in Croatia.
