Over the past couple months my husband and I have spent a lot of time with Jarrod. He did an awesome job at finding houses that appealed to both my husband and I which we naturally wanted different things! He was so flexible with meeting up at any day or time to see houses. We are first time home buyers and he made the process so easy for us. Once we went through on the house he connected us to an amazing inspector who steered us away from our first house as it was full of problems you couldn't see and landed us the perfect house which we ended up buying! Most importantly jarrod has a great personality that we really clicked with which made the whole experience better. We had seen a couple different realtors first and didn't feel comfortable with them but we enjoyed the experience with jarrod. When it came down to closing he helped us stick our ground on the offer and we got the house for exactly what we wanted! After we moved in he even came over and showed us how to prime the sprinklers. Overall really good guy and realtor I highly recommend jarrod to anyone looking to buy. He doesn't make you feel pressured into anything just keeps searching till he finds what your looking for!

Mr. Powell showed us homes as well had us speak with a builder in case we wanted to go that route, in which we ended up doing. Anytime we had question about the building process, Mr. Powell was there to answer those questions. From the moment I asked about a home til the ink drying on the closing documents, Mr. Powell has been the constant professional and I will definitely recommend friends of mine to him.

I was looking for a realtor online as I was moving to Fort Walton Beach area this year. First I like RE/MAX and have used them on all the house that I have purchased or sold for over 28 years. I began talking to Jarrod on the internet and then on the phone. I aslo talked to him facebook. The more I talked to Jarrod the more impressed I was with his honesty, and truefulness. I trusted him more each day to be my realtor. Besides cars salesmen, realtors are the ones I most hate to deal with. However Jarrod always gave me straight answers and provided me with information to make a informed decision prior to getting to Fort Walton Beach FL. After arrival at FWB I linked up with him and he arranged a Mortage Lender at 2.5% loan on my house and we spent several days looking for the right house. We had talked so many times on the phone and internet that finding our retirement dream home was easy he knew exactly what we wanted and as it turn out the house we picked was still being built. We are so thankful for Jarrod as we have heard all the nightmare stories of people buy houses and the finance companies. Even after the sale I still continued to call him about smaller details that I forgot to ask and he always was a professional realtor and always had time to answer the question even after the house closed. We still keep in touch on facebook and I consider him my first friend in Fort Walton Beach area. I think he has an easy button that he uses. Once again thank you Jarrod for making everything painless in buying a new home.

We met Jarrod through a friend who suggested him to us while trying to buy a house. We are active duty military and were stationed in Germany when buying. Real Estate Agent Jarrod Powell helped me sell 2 of my homes. One was in Okaloosa County and the other was in Santa Rosa County. I liked the fact the he always answered my phone calls or returned them right away. He will also come talk to you in person anytime that you request it. I have known Jarrod for years and he is a phenomenal person to work with. He is precise, knowledgeable, helpful,timely, and will go out of his way to ensure his customers are taken care of in all facets of the home buying process. The house I bought was a foreclosure, which can be a nerve wracking experience as it is not a traditional person to person sale. Jarrod communicated continuously with my wife, myself, and the bank to keep all parties in the loop. The sale went through with minimal hiccups and I was able to get a great deal on my current home. Jarrod also has great ideas for updates and remodeling to make my new home fit my and my families needs and put us in touch with a contractor and exterminator, saving me both time and money. Due to the low selling price of the home, I know he made well below his normal commission, but he still treated me like I was buying a million dollar listing.
