We were moving to Sacramento from Bay area. We decided to work with jashan as recommended by another friend. He seemed so helpful, energetic, full of local knowledge n current trends. On our first few visits, he showed the different suburbs of Sacramento based on our requirements, describing pros and cons of each area. We ended up getting home in Anatolia area of Rancho Cordova during our second visit only. He landed us great price with his negotiation skills, although there were multiple offers. He was able to negotiate all the inspection items and we got everything fixed. We are sooo happy with our home and the community. We highly recommend Jashan if you need somebody that sticks on your side throughout and have great skills alongside thorough real estate knowledge he possess.

Jashan possess all of the qualities that a good real estate agent should possess in this market that included being proactive (Sent daily updates about homes/suggestions), prepared (very good coordination of all the house visits on a tight timeline/planned route to view homes in order to maximize time), persistent (solved obstacles during the purchasing process by maintaining constant communication with lender, escrow officer, us and the seller real estate agent to resolve concerns). I would recommend his services to everyone in the future!

Jashan truely knows the market and what buyers are looking for. Initially i wasnt really sure what to price the house at, but with Jashan’s advice and recommendation we priced it at the higher end, and to our surprise it went 30k higher further! I would like to add that i was really impressed by his responsiveness and professionalism! I would definitely recommend him for any of your real estate needs!

Based on our prior experience and few requirements (important to our family), Jashan demonstrated the skill set necessary to understand the customers' needs and showed us the multiple options and explained the pros and cons of the housing options we had made.
