Born and raised in Philadelphia, Jasmine S. Williams has deep roots in the city she proudly calls home. She attended the esteemed Albert M. Greenfield School and George Washington Carver School for Engineering and Science before completing high school in Minneapolis, MN. Driven by her passion for business, Jasmine returned to Philadelphia to attend Drexel University, where she studied Business Administration.
With a background in affordable housing and luxury property management, Jasmine brings over a decade of expertise in helping individuals and families find their ideal living spaces.
For five years, she managed Historic Tax Credit properties for low- to moderate-income individuals, providing quality housing options that fostered stability and community. Her career later expanded to managing luxury properties, allowing her to refine her eye for design and appreciation for high-quality living.
Since becoming a licensed Realtor in 2009, Jasmine has been dedicated to helping her clients achieve their real estate goals, whether buying, selling, or finding their perfect place to call home. She is a proud member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and the Montgomery County Realtor Association. Jasmine also holds the prestigious ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) designation, further showcasing her commitment to excellence.
Currently residing in Elkins Park, PA, Jasmine is raising her two children, Briaire and Kyaire, who inspire her to stay connected to what matters most—creating supportive and welcoming environments for families. An active member of Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church, Jasmine combines her community-focused values with a client-first approach, ensuring every client feels heard, supported, and confident in their real estate journey.
