If I read the definition of realtor in the dictionary, Jason face would be in it. Jason went above and beyond on helping us find our first home. He was always on top of everything making sure that we were on the same page. If we had a concern or a question, he would answer them at anytime of the day especially on his day off. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Jason. He did a great job working with the current owner so that we could view the apartment that we were looking at. He did 2 walk throughs with us (one while still occupied and the second after the current owners moved out). He followed the entire transaction through to the end and made sure that we were completely satisified with our purchase.

Jeff was also very personable and easy to have conversations with. If you're looking for a good realtor I would definitely suggest that you work with Jason :)

If I could leave 6 stars, I would. Seriously.

We purchased our new townhouse in Lancaster City while living 3,000 miles away, so having Jason's deep knowledge of all things Pennsylvania to rely on was extremely appreciated. We were first time buyers, so Jason was always there to answer any questions we had, no matter how big or small. He was very quick to return calls and never made us feel like we were a nuisance, even when we were.

His calm demeanor and his experience in the real estate world were incredibly helpful in keeping us grounded during this sometimes stressful journey.

Worked with Jason on the purchase of a rental property, and 2.5 years later, the sale of that same property. After working with him once, it was an easy decision to work with him again. He even kept in contact in the interim for when we had any questions regarding the local market. He always responds quickly to cals, texts, and emails. Doesn’t get much better than that.

My husband and I recently moved from NY to PA. Not knowing areas, towns, or even people, we went to a website that ‘assigned’ us a realtor. We could not have gotten any luckier! Jason is amazing! He was so patient and understanding while working with us. Due to the insane market, we found it easier to build a house. Jason helped us every step of the way. He happily fielded phone calls, texts and emails all hours of the day and night. Since we were from out of town, he even went to the lot in which we were interested, and face timed my husband and I so we could see the place!! He was our eyes and ears while we were 300 miles away. To say he went above and beyond for us is an understatement. He’s more than just a realtor. He was (and still is) our advocate with the builders real estate agent, helped us with the mortgage process and insurance agencies. He’s recommended restaurants, places to go (and places not to go) and been an overall great source of all things Central PA.

Jason Bange is great. We are a diverse family with drastically different tastes. We had him looking at so many houses all over the county and some more than once. He walked us thru every step of the way. He was very knowledgable and professional. We really put him thru it but he handled it like a champ. Our fist offer was turned down due to wanting inspections. Went looking again... The second house went as far as an accepted offer, inspections and ready to start the settlement process. We found things we didnt feel comfortable with, so we rescinded our offer. We gave him that whole new list of problems and paperwork. He was still very professional. We went looking again. Finally we found a house. I will always recommend Jason Bange as a realtor. He really goes above and beyond. He was professional, courteous and alot of fun during the whole process.

I would recommend Jason Bange as a realtor, because he is very knowledgeable, flexible, and responsive. He was always willing to answer questions and stepped us through the whole process. Everyone he recommended to us was great. He did everything with a smile and has a sense of humor. We didn't make it easy on him, asking for multiple showings and starting a sale only to realize (after inspection) that it was a money pit. Buying or selling a home is stressful, but it is great having someone like Jason in your corner to steer you through the steps and encourage you!
